The New Jersey Tactical Officers Association (NJTOA) has been established to advance the education and professionalism of law enforcement officers involved in tactical operations through the transfer of ideas and information sharing related to tactics and techniques and to further improve the networking of departments and personnel involved in critical incident/high risk operations.

It’s been on the drawing board for some time now. We are finally proud to announce the formation of the New Jersey Tactical Officers Association (NJTOA). The NJTOA is open to all Law Enforcement Officers, Local to Federal, in the State of New Jersey. Officers from surrounding states are also welcome to join up as members of the NJTOA as well. We are very excited and proud to launch such an organization that was long overdue for our state. We will be bringing some outstanding training and education for interested and dedicated tactical officers throughout this great state.

While the NJTOA is still building up the association with new members and sponsors, the Conference Committee is hard at work preparing for our upcoming Tactical Training Conference in June. Please check our conference page for information.
